EAC Certification obtained

As of June 1, 2020 all M&C products (including all Ex products) bear the EAC (Eurasian Conformity) marking. EAC is the abbreviation for Euroasian Conformity. The mark applies to freely marketable products and is used analogously to the European CE mark. Products with this mark have undergone all necessary conformity procedures in one of the member states of the Customs Union and comply with all technical requirements prescribed in the states of the Eurasian Economic Union. In difference to the CE-marking, an authorized certification body is always involved.

All M&C products have been tested by such an external certification body in a lengthy process. Our entire product portfolio can now be delivered to the Eurasian Customs Union without the need for laborious on-site certification. This is an important step, especially for our subsidiary in Russia.
