We do not appreciate open‑plan offices but rather offer themed break‑time areas with adjoining terraces such as our “Liberty Lounge” diner.

  • Which application documents do I need to submit?

    For us, a convincing application includes a cover letter, curriculum vitae and the necessary references/certificates. A photo of you is optional - if you prefer not to add this, the selection decision will not be negatively influenced.

  • What do I have to consider when applying electronically?

    You are welcome to send your application in PDF format with a maximum size of 8 MB. Please send your application to the Human Resources Department or the section or person stated in the advertisement. This shortens the procedure considerably. Please ensure that you indicate your own e-mail address and a telephone number so that we can reach you in confidence.

  • Is an application via regular mail also possible?

    We are happy to receive every application, no matter how it is submitted. In this respect, postal applications are, of course, also possible. We generally find only oral applications to be less effective.

  • How fast will I receive a response?

    We will confirm the receipt of your application as soon as possible. The duration of the review and coordination at M&C may vary in individual cases, but we will certainly keep you informed of the current status.

  • How is confidentiality ensured?

    We treat all applications as confidential, even if they do not include a special note. Within the company, we only inform those persons who are actually involved in the decision-making process and only at the relevant stages. Information or documents that are no longer required are irretrievably destroyed or returned.

  • Can I also apply for an apprenticeship?

    M&C offers apprenticeships in selected fields. Depending on operational needs, however, the offer is not the same for every year. Currently, we are focusing more on technical training. In any case, it is recommended to send us an unsolicited application, maybe also later for later periods. We decide flexibly and quickly every contact is answered promptly. Our goal is always to take on our apprentices and to offer them a permanent position with an unlimited employment contract.
