M&C's Path to the Future

Over the past five years, great achievements have been made at M&C, not only within the global sales structure, for instance, by establishing the sales organizations in India and Russia, but also and in particular within the internal operations of the Group.

Starting with the substantial expansion of the German parent company's location in southern Germany, a phase of consistently further developing the corporate Group in terms of quality was initiated. Being one of the major internal projects, the further digitalization was pushed forward with the aim of interconnecting the already existing digitalization islands in greater depth and even optimizing these connections.

The resulting higher quality of structures and processes takes M&C to a new level of performance. Another significant contribution to this is the new construction of a combined, state-of-the-art production and administration building at the German site in Ratingen. With approx. 5,700 m² space for production and logistics - in addition to the existing area which will continue to be used - as well as about 2,700 m² for new exhibition, training and office space, M&C is making the largest investment in its corporate history on approx. 10,000 m² land in 2020/2021. This will literally create room for the implementation of the company policy, which has been expansive for years.
