Condensate Removal

Condensate is formed by cooling down the humid sample gas in the gas cooler. In the case of temperatures below the dew points of the gas components, water or light acids are formed and are discharged from the gas cooler as condensate. The condensate can be removed automatically via peristaltic pumps or by using collecting vessels. An automatic condensate float trap can be used for saturated gas flows in the overpressure range.
