The ECP5X Peltier gas cooler can be upgraded from a 1-channel to a 4-channel device. It is designed for ambient temperatures up to +50 °C. Fully equipped with four cooling modules, the device can achieve a cooling capacity of up to 4 × 450 kJ/h.
For each cooling module, the temperature setpoints (from +2 to +45 °C, default setting +5 °C) and the control mode (absolute or ΔT) can be configured individually. As standard, the ECP5X features five potential-free alarm relays (NO) with four individual cooling module alarms and one collective alarm.
In addition, we offer the following options: four configurable analog outputs per device (mA or V output), up to four LA1 or LA1S liquid alarm sensors to protect downstream analyzers, one thermocouple module per cooling module for informative temperature measurement in the heat exchanger, and integrated SR25.2 peristaltic pumps for condensate removal. Heat exchangers for a maximum gas flow rate of 250 Nl/h are available in glass, PVDF, or stainless steel.
