Barometric adjustment of the operating altitude of O₂ analyzers without pressure compensation

    With these units, completely pre-installed sample gas conditioning systems are created for continuous use which can be easily integrated into gas analysis systems. Their compact construction means that only little space is required. The CSS units are ready for operation within just a few minutes. This makes the usual time-consuming procurement of individual components and assembly superfluous. Examples of applications for CSS...sample gas conditioning units are flue gas and process gas conditioning.

    19" sample gas conditioning unit type CSS‑3 for 350 Nl/h in 19" panel mounting housing, consisting of gas cooler ECP3000‑G, sampling gas pump N9KPE, hose pump SR25.1, fine filter FPF‑0,1‑GF, liquid alarm LA 1S, 2 flow meters FM40 with needle valve 25‑250 Nl/h, flow alarm FA1 bi, solenoid valves for external or manual switching from measuring to testing (2 gases), status alarm with LED display and contact output, tubing in PTFE/ PVDF, connections G 1/4" i: sample gas: 1 x In, 2 x Out, test gas: 2 x In, dimensions: 84 HP, 6 U, depth: 350 mm, power: 230 V/50 Hz, 250 VA, the sample gas pump starts automatically when the gas cooler falls below +8 °C
