Barometric adjustment of the operating altitude of O₂ analyzers without pressure compensation

  • Applications
    The SP2500-H/C/I/BB/F sample probes are used for continuous sampling of gases from highly dust-loaded, high-temperature or humid processes. They can be back-purged via the filter and the pre-filter with a closed sample gas outlet. The pre-filter can be removed without dismantling the sample probe.

    Gas sample probe type SP2500‑H/C/I/BB‑F with external ceramic filter type S‑2K150, filter porosity: 2 µm, sample tube or pre‑filter retractable through the sample probe head, i ncluding 2 rotatable protection plates at the probe head, w ith electrically heated external filter from 0 to 180 °C, adjustable by an integrated thermostat, high‑temperature limiter with reset key responding at +30 °C Tset and low‑temperature alarm with potential‑free status‑alarm contact at ‑30 °C below Tset, with calibrating, isolating and back‑purging valve for blowback via the filter element, incl. weather protection shield with insulation, power: 230 V/50 Hz, 800 W, mounting flange: DN 65 PN 6B, sample tube connection: G 3/4" f, sample gas outlet: 1/4" NPT f, material: SS 316Ti, Viton®, ceramic
